[GRASSLIST:4586] Can not start tcltkgrass

Hello,

I try to use grass53 with cygwin on a windows machine.

When trying to start tcltkgrass a Msg occurs saying:

Application initialization failed: couldn't connect to display
"NameOfMachine"
Error in startup script: invalid command name "bind" while executing "bind
balloon...

As a Grass and Cygwin newbie an could not find a solution on the net.

Any help on this is appreciated.
