[GRASSLIST:6337] Display Manager Plot/Print GUI: Only vectors print in output pdf/ ps files

I've been playing with the Plot/Print utility from File menu of the Grass
6.0 GUI, and I've noticed that when I try to print output to a pdf or ps
file, I only get vectors in the output file, even though I have raster maps
as background layers in my display monitor. The preview window is the same,
it only shows vector layers.

 

However, when I use the same Plot/Print GUI to write to a png, the output
file looks fine, all raster and vector layers are captured in the output
file.
