Dear GRASSlings,

I downloaded and installed GRASS 6.0 and am trying to follow the GRASS
in 10 Minutes Quick Start.

' You have a georeferenced raster file,
 but don't know its geographical coordinates '

at ' step 10 You are in a shell that is just like any other UNIX shell,
only for the GRASS prompt and some environment variables that have been
added (but that you don't have to worry about).'

I have on my screen :

'
GRASS 6.0.0 (temp):~/GRASS > Error in startup script: ps.map: error
while loading shared libraries: libgdal.so.1: cannot open shared object
file: No such file or directory
    while executing
"exec ps.map -p"
    (procedure "DmPrint::init" line 14)
    invoked from within
"DmPrint::init"
    (procedure "main" line 32)
    invoked from within
"main $argc $argv"
    (file
"/usr/local/grass6.0.0-i686-pc-linux-gnu-14_03_2005/etc/dm/d.m.tcl" line
894)
'

Does anyone know what I've done wrong?

Thanks.
