debianda php yi cgi olarak derledim.

Apache2.conf dosyasina asagidakileri ekledim.

  AddType <http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?AddType>  application/x-httpd-php .phtml
  AddType <http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?AddType>  application/x-httpd-php .php

  Action application/x-httpd-php /cgi-bin/php

apacheyi yeniden baslatmaya calisinca
su hata mesajini aldim.
(Action komutuyla ilgili bir sorun var gibi)
