Mine stays here:
I configured like this:
# with debugging:
export CFLAGS='-g -Wall'
# RHEL 4:
--with-postgres-includes=/usr/include/pgsql --with-postgres-libs=/usr/lib \
--with-freetype --with-freetype-includes=/usr/include/freetype2 \
2>&1 | tee config_log.txt
Note that I had to compile FFTW2 like this:
