[GRASSLIST:9575] Problem with v.transform....

Hi guys,
I am using the current CVS and i need to shift a vector layer; the line I 
issued is this:

v.transform input=comuni_terni output=comuni xshift=2017787.75 yshift=-1897.58 
zshift=0.0 xscale=1.0 yscale=1.0 zscale=1.0 zrot=0.0 

I got a 
V_ask error: Illegal row (23) in call to V_const
[...]
That go on for a lot of time.

What i am missing?
