It's not a standard GRASS module, and probably not built in the binary
distribution. Are there any "r.out.hdf" programs on the computer in a
Find-file search? 

r.out.gdal should be able to export HDF4.

otherwise you will have to compile yourself, maybe getting hdf5 support?
