[GRASSLIST:5473] file g.gisenv / clean_temp / run not found after compilation

Hi,
I am using Grass 5.4.0 for Arm Linux Handheld.
I compiles the Grass And Baby Grass for arm-linux and loaded to handheld.

but when i run the grass54, it ask for file g.gisenv
in the grass54 bin folder.

unfortunatly the files is not   found after compiling ?

for the native machine it work fine.

So,
1. Can any one tell me, how can i compile only these file for
arm-linux-gcc ?
2. The File grass54/etc/clean_temp
3. The File grass54/etc/run
are also not present.
