Go to the GRASS for Windows site and install the new GRASS 6.1 binaries,
just posted today. Be sure to get the grass61.bat file to start it (rather
than the grass60.bat file). It works great. Nviz works great too.

Thanks to Huidae Cho for all his work in making GRASS for Windows
installable by normal users.
