[GRASSLIST:7159] ODBC in Cygwin/GRASS

ODBC is compiled into the 6.1 binary for Cygwin. Has anyone gotten
this to work (on Windows)? I could use some hand holding.

I would like to use either MS Access or MySQL, neither is currently
supported on Windows without ODBC.
