Sorry, maybe I don't fully understand...

    ARC 0.25 0.75 0.75 180 360 or     ARC 0.25 0.75 0.75 360 180 C
	
draws 
    ____
    \__/
     
but     ARC 0.25 0.75 0.75 360 180 or     ARC 0.25 0.75 0.75 180 360 C 

draws
   ____

instead of

   __
  /__\

so it is a bug?? I can try to fix it...
