Hi

First you must import shp to grass with v.in.ogr. Then:

- v.info your_vektor

Projection: x,y (zone 0)                                                 |
 |            N: -1242311.000    S: -1242464.000
|
 |            E: -337116.000     W: -337790.000
|
 |            B: 323.000        T: 500.000
|
 |
- r.mapcalc "sur=323.000"
-r.colors sur col=gyr

-nviz sur vect=your_vector
