[GRASSLIST:8655] Error Starting Grass 6.1 CVS

While starting Grass 6.1 CVS, I get (sometimes) the following error 
message and I couldn't start the Gis

Error in startup script: error reading "file5": illegal operation on a 
directory
     while executing
"gets $rcfile in"
     (procedure "Dm::load" line 24)
     invoked from within
"Dm::load $::Dm::filename"
     (procedure "main" line 44)
     invoked from within
"main $argc $argv"
     (file "/usr/local/grass-6.1.cvs/etc/dm/d.m.tcl" line 1434)

Afterwards I can the Gis Manager with d.m x0

Grass 6.0.0 works fine on my system (Suse 9.3).
