Hallo Stefania,
it sounds interesting. It seems that it's exactly what I need. What Am
I trying to do is (for sure) :

I have cuboids (blocks) with known width, height and length and coord
of center - please see this picture
http://www.minegis.com/temp/cubes.jpg
a.) I'd like to have those cubes in PostGIS (or Postgres) database
b.) I'd like to display those cubes in NVIZ
c.) and the most of all I'd like to able to change colors of those
cubes in dependence on database table

Please understand me. The major task I need is TO DISPLAY and CHANGE
colors based on some database table. It does not matter HOW are the
cubes generated - either from Postgis or Postgres, It does not matter
HOW are they stored in database - either like points or like 3D
volumes. If it is possible I preffer to store 3D volumes but ...as I
said, it does not matter.

I hope it's posiible.

Thank you for your time.

Peter
