[GRASS-user] V.in.ogr error processing shape file from GEOBASE. Any other experieinces?

David,

Does the attribute table contain any 'funny' characters ? anything that the 
DBF driver or DBI driver would have problems with?

might try using a tool like dbfdump and awk to search for any oddities.
