[GRASS-user] grass promotion

Hi,

some of us would like a t-shirt with GRASS logo. Anybody can make
his/her own label and let it print. 

I think, there should be kind of template, which could be
downloaded by anybody, who would like to have such kind of t-shirt.

I have prepared such template for those, who would like something
unified.

There is one mm thick wite line around all lines, so that one could
print it on any type of color.

Looking forward to your comments/improvements (i'm no graphic designer).
