[GRASS-user] gis.m errors in latest CVS

Confirmed.
It happens in LatLong locations since the numbers are treated
as DMS and not decimal degrees.
Michael, could you take a look?
It would be nice to have it fixed before the next snapshot
is generated (in 7 hours from now). Otherwise I'll trigger
a new one once fixed.
