[GRASS-user] problem in v.out.ogr

I can't find a solution to this problem :


v.out.ogr input=topo1 type=line dsn=/home/orkun/topo1/ olayer=topo1
Exporting 46108 points/lines...
DBMI-Postgres driver error:
Cannot select:
SELECT * FROM topo1 WHERE cat = 7324
ERROR:  could not access status of transaction 0
DETAIL:  could not open file 
"/usr/local/loc0/pgsql/data/pg_subtrans/0000": Permission denied


ERROR: Cannot select attributes for cat = 7324


can you tell me why ?
