There is Slovak Republic among many others. The data there are in binary
form for Garmin GPS receivers as well as in source plain ASCII format,
usually. That ASCII format should be easy to convert into Grass ASCII
vector, then v.in.ascii. I've always wanted to prepare such a conversion
script but never had enough inclination and time. If anybody comes up
with something let us know on the list, maybe together it would be easier.
