[GRASS-user] GRASS PSC: Formalization comments

Ok, maybe I was a bit premature on my part, but I know that Markus, Michael,
Hamish, Helena, Paul, and Brad have posted on the user's list in the past.
Sorry for jumping the gun.

Perhaps if those nominated who aren't on the Grass user's list could
subscribe for the purposes of this discussion, if they are interested? Seems
easier IMHO than cross-posting to 3-4 lists.
