[GRASS-user] OSGeo in India and Vietnam

Dear All,

While in India and Vietnam recently, I had the opportunity
to discuss about promoting OSGeo in these countries and
possibly establishing Local Chapter or Branches in India
and Vietnam.

Have setup a temporary mailing list for initial discussions
and formulation of proposal for OSGeo related activities in
India, Vietnam and possibly Thailand.
