Hi to all!
I have got 2 area vector file(SHP file); for each element of the first one, i
need to assign the value called "asspr" of the nearest element of second
file.
When i v.in.ogr the first file, i discover that there were a lot of
overlapping feature and so the category have become 8567 instead of the
original 4337 with row that have got the same category; with this situation
i runned this v.distance:
rv.distance from=alberi_nonclassificati to=carta_forestale from_type=centroid
to_type=area from_layer=1 to_layer=1 dmax=-1 upload=to_attr column=asspr
to_column=asspr
But i got a lot of warning about overalapping feature..Is this normal?
After the process, i need to export back to shp, but i don't want more then 1
category for row... how can do that?
Thank
Luca
