[GRASS-user] v.net.steiner output error question

i decided to clip back my points and lines for the v.net.steiner operation
to just get it to work before doing on a county wide basis...

i have 17 points, identified by tcats, and seems to take the input ok.  at
then end of the analysis it says:

GRASS_INFO_ERROR(14200,1) :  Terminal at node 1 cannot be connected to
terminal at node 2
Number of terminals: 17
number of Steiner points set to 15.

Can i interpret this to mean that points identified as nodes 1 and 2 are not
connected to the network topologically?
