r.resamp.rst

or

r.to.vect, g.region res=30 -a, v.surf.rst/v.surf.idw

or

r.to.vect, g.region res=30 -a, v.to.rast, r.surf.nnbathy/r.surf.idw(2)

or

r.bilinear?
