Hi Michael,

On the subject of d.vect.thematic and drawing circles of varying size  
around points [perhaps not the best place to jump into this  
question], is there any way to have d.vect.thematic display points  
graduated according to exact values (e.g., diameters from an  
attribute column) rather than according to intervals, std. devs.,  
etc.? A while back Hamish wrote this option into ps.map and I find it  
extremely useful.
