Huidae,
This is functionality I would definitely vote for having in Grass 6.
Although I seldom work with that format in my day-to-day tasks, some clients
I deal with can only produce dxf maps - so it would be nice to be able to
handle this format cleanly within Grass.
Thanks a lot!

Subject: [GRASS5] v.in.dxf
Hi,
I have ported v.in.dxf to GRASS 6 and it's working except for importing
labels (maybe some database work is needed) and z coordinates (v.in.dxf3d).
I don't commit it because I'm not sure if anyone wants this module since
there is a
better(?) alternative, v.in.dwg. If you think it's worth including the
module in GRASS 6, please let me know.
