[GRASSLIST:433] Windows-Qgis0.7-has virus

Hi,
  Qgis0.7 is great, but the file
  r.out.mpg.exe has virus.
  AVG Free shows virus but doesnt name.
  It cannot
  1. Heal
  2. Quarentine
  3. Delete
   
  I have renamed it .. and AVG didnt detect any virus at all.
  However I have deleted the renamed file too.
