[GRASSLIST:467] Module.make

Hello

I've installed

libgrass-dev <http://packages.debian.org/unstable/libdevel/libgrass-dev>

using synaptic on ubuntu.

But, even as root,  don't have the directory

/usr/lib/grass/include/Make

so I don't have the Module.make file
