[GRASSLIST:505] 2 script to perform kriging interpolation (v.variogram and v.krige)

Dear all grass users,
We have written to scripts to perform kriging surface interpolation.
The first one v.variogram create an omnidirectional experimental variogram.
The v.krige script perform a surface kriging interpolation using an 
exponential variogram model. The model parameter (nugget, sill and range) are 
desumend from experimental semi-variogram produced by v.variogram.

All two scripts needs R software to be installed on your machine.
