[GRASS-user] [GRASSLIST:1195] Point contained by polygon

Sorry to ask such a simple question, but I'm not finding it in the  
docs.  How would you determine if a point is contained within a  
polygon in GRASS?  The point and polygon can be in separate vector  
files, or in the same vector file - doesn't mater to me.
