Yes flash is a nice small format.
There is a free tool available to create flash
tutorials from a vnc session.

It would be great if we can provide beginners tutorials
covering themes like:

* what is grass
* creation of a new location
* importing data into grass
* using gis.m
* image data analaysis
* vector data editing
...

GRASS will be much easier to learn for beginners if we
can provide those tutorials.
