[GRASS-user] installation problem

I try to install "grass-6.2.0beta2"

when I use this configuration file:
./configure --with-motif  --with-readline  --with-proj --with-postgres \
--with-cxx --with-glw --with-odbc --with-freetype \
--with-freetype-includes=/usr/local/loc0/down1/freetype-2.1.9/include 
--with-nls \
--with-tcltk-includes=/usr/include/tcl8.3/ \
--with-postgres-includes=/usr/local/pgsql/include/ \
--with-postgres-libs=/usr/local/pgsql/lib/  \
--with-gdal=/usr/bin/gdal-config

it gives :

checking whether to use Tcl/Tk... yes
checking for location of Tcl/Tk includes... /usr/include/tcl8.3/
checking for tcl.h... yes
checking for tk.h... no
configure: error: *** Unable to locate Tk includes.

I checked tk.h. It resides resides in :

ls /usr/include/tcl8.3/
tclDecls.h  tcl.h  tclPlatDecls.h  tcl-private  tk.h

what might the problem ?
