[GRASS-user] v.digit in GRASS 6.3.cvs problem

I use GRASS 6.3.cvs.
I urgently need to use vector digitizing.
But if I am not mistaken, there is a problem in v.digit.
It gives "ERROR: Cannot open toolbox:"

If there is a bug in code, when will it be fixed.
