[GRASS-user] error on startup

Hi,

After compiling grass 6.2.0beta3 with no apparent errors in make I get
the following error at startup, and d.m or gis.m won't start:

See the licence terms with:              g.version -c
If required, restart the graphical user interface with: gis.m &
When ready to quit enter:                exit
