Hello all,
I just uploaded two new scripts to GRASS AddOns Wiki page.

r.roughness.window.area - similar to the old one (r.roughness), but
this one uses moving-window instead of "jumping" windows and surface
area is calculated with trigonometry from slope.

r.roughness.window.vector - this one calculates roughness as vector
strength and vector dispersion. There is a provisional help page for
this also. The user can run without optional maps, in which case
several temp maps will be created. If the idea is to calculate a lot
of map (with different neighbourhood sizes, for instance), it is
recommended to create the optional maps first (see help page).

hope it works for you.

have fun!

Carlos
