I haven't used Navicat, but if you have access to a Windows computer
that can connect to the linux machine (assuming postgresql and grass
are running on linux), you can also check out EMS PostgrSQL Manager
Lite...
I prefer it to any of OSS linux graphical interfaces I have used so
far (pgAccess, Torah and knoda). I even run a virtual machine with
windows XP installed just for using this interface to my PostgreSQL
database. Unfortunately it isn't opensource, but it is free (as in
beer).
