[GRASS-user] working properly with grass6.1

Today i reinstall the GRASS on windowsXP using online cygwin setup.
There was 2 different grass version installed grass6.0 and grass6.1. When i execute  grass60.bat this again produce the same problem 

"child process exited abnormally"


As i have already checked grass6.2 but this is also showing the same ERROR.
Some one suggest me to use http://grass.ibiblio.org/grass62/binary/mswindows/tcltk-grass-8.4.7-1.tar.bz2

But it does not solve my problem. 

Today i use grass61.bat and this is working properly this is good for me.But still i don't know what and why the problem is with grass6.0 and 6.2
