Dear all,

I have got a network analysis problem. I have got a road network with different
speed limits (e.g. 25, 50, 75, 100 and 130 km/h). I have got source points
(about 5000 settlements) and destination points (about 1800 medical
institutions). Both have their weight factors. For settlemets the weight is the
crude mortality rate of the residents. For medical institutions the weight
factor is the number of doctors.

I would like to calculate for each settlement the cost distances (travel time)
for 5 nearest medical institutions. Based on that and on the mortality rate and
number of doctors in the five nearest medical institutions I would like to get
the settlements with largest accessibility to medical institutions problem.

The largest problem seems to be the travel time distance from each settlement
to five nearest medical institutions. Any ideas on how to do that?

Are there any tutorials (examples) related to my problem?

Thanks for your help,
Miha Staut
