R: R: [GRASS-user] List of commands available through GIS Manger (6.2/6.3)

In the Vector menu Vector<-> database connection I have only v.external and
v.db.connect, but not v.db.addtable and v.db.droptable.
May be something wrong in my version (GRASS6.2 CVS snapshot 10-3-2007)?
