what does

file /usr/local/grass6.2.2cvs-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-26_05_2007/etc/clean_temp
 and
file /usr/local/grass6.2.2cvs-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-26_05_2007/bin/g.gisenv

say?
