files necessary to display (and query using d.what.vect) a street map. Now, I would like to display labels of all (or at least some) of the streets using names in the dig_cat file. Do I have to apply v.to.rast, then something like d.sites.label to get the desired result, or is their a simpler way to approach this? Thanks for any help on this, Cliff Behrens
