[GRASS-user] grass 6.3 nviz error

hi all,
I have just compiled grass-6.3.0. The compilation reports no errors, 
"make" and "make install" are fine.
However I have a problem starting nviz. I get:

Application initialization failed: Sorry, this instance of Togl was not 
compiled to work with Tcl/Tk 8.4a2 or higher.
Error in startup script: can't read "src_boot": no such variable
     while executing
"source $src_boot/etc/nviz2.2/scripts/config.tcl"

"/usr/local/ffmpeg/grass-6.3.0/etc/nviz2.2/scripts/nviz2.2_script" line 43)

I have both tcl/tc (8.5) and ffmpeg support

can someone help?
