[GRASS-user] Is the SRTM dataset a DEM or a DSM?

In http://srtm.csi.cgiar.org/SRTMdataProcessingMethodology.asp it's
called only DEM. In some papers it's called DSM. 

I'd rather say it's a DSM. But I would also like to know if there are
objections ;-)
