[GRASS-user] v.breach available?

I downloaded all the grass-addons, and didnt seen v.breach in the
directory.  I also tried to download it as a specific module and I get
a message saying it doesnt exist.

"svn checkout https://svn.osgeo.org/grass/grass-addons/v.breach
grass-addons/v.breach"

yields...

svn: URL 'https://svn.osgeo.org/grass/grass-addons/v.breach' doesn't exist

Any suggestions?
