Hi Milena,

oh ... I remember that I have turned off the language support because of some compiling errors with the -nls-flag on on my WinVista32 with german locale. 

for the next packaging I will figure out this issue.

Hi Helmut,

Thank you for your work. I have installed it on Win7 64-bit. It works,
just I am not able to set my language. As I can tell, the 'locale'
catalogue is missing.
