[GRASS-user] Workflow to generate full resolution composite images

Hello,

I have a combination of raster (rgb) and vector layers.  Within the 
grass UI, I can see how to generate a png file that is at the resolution 
  of the current display.  However, I want to generate a image file that 
is at the full raster resolution overlaid with the vector layers.
