[GRASS-user] how to import .shp and .dbf files???

Hi Mark and António!

I´ve tried to use "v.in.ogr" but it didn´t work. The report says "the  
projection of the dataset ist not identical with the projection of  
the location"

Do I have to install GDAL first??? That´s what I found at this page:
