[GRASS-user] v.transform rotation

Hi GRASS users,

I have a problem using v.transform. I can shift my vector map along x an y
without problem, but when I try to rotate it, I can't figure out where
exactly is the centre of the rotation. Is there any way to decide the centre
of the rotation?
