[GRASS-user] WxGUI issues: refresh and labels

Hi Richard,
- first issue:
yes, I have the same issue with wxgui on both 64rc5 and 7, not with 
oldtcltk in 64rc5. At the moment it seems that you still need to create 
a label file first (v.label) and then load them into your display 
manager. To me it seems that t could be something related to fonts, but 
it's only a guess

-second issue:
don't know if similar bue when loading vector maps on raster and 
re-display, sometimes they do not show in the right place and need to 
zoom-unzoom to make them display in the right place
