[GRASS-user] wxpython on Snow Leopard

Hi list:

I recently compiled GRASS 6.4 on Snow Leopard. When I try to start grass (grass64 -wx) I get the following error (after dealing with the 64/32 bit issue):

 in _parse_localename
    raise ValueError, 'unknown locale: %s' % localename
ValueError: unknown locale: UTF-8

How can I overcome this issue?
